tea coffee tasty breakfast friendly service unclear map a4 map no towel rack small room
the room had tea and coffee. biscuits. the breakfast was tasty with many choices (i liked the eggs benedict). all of the staff offered very friendly service.
the a4 maps i got were not very clear. there were no towel racks in the bathroom. also, the rooms were a bit small (but beautiful).

The breakfast menu offered a SUPERB selection.
The mattress felt very uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. The linens did NOT tuck properly, made for a restless night. the tv had very few streaming apps, annoying.

i was very pleased with my room upgrade. the room decoration was very nice and thoughtful small extras were available. the en-suite bathroom had a good shower. it is a short walk to the city centre and the hill is manageable.
the parking arrangement was a bit unclear before arrival.
